Erie County health officials shut 9 restaurants, fined 40 for Covid violations – Buffalo News

A report shows the vast majority of restaurants and bars that were fined had employees not wearing masks or not wearing them properly.

When St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church in Elma hosted an outdoor auto event in August  which included people serving hot dogs, burgers, fries and drinks  health inspectors fined the church $300 for hosting an event that drew more than 400 people.
