A Chinese captain has been charged by a Taiwanese prosecutors for the murders of four suspected Somali pirates eight years ago.
Mobile footage of the incident posted online in 2014 show the men floating in the waters of the Indian Ocean off the Somali Coast, some holding on to debris as 40 rounds of bullets were fired at them. A man was heard giving orders to shoot in Mandarin, the BBC reported. The incident occurred in 2012.
